ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

I'm so glad you're here.

I began my career as a birth doula, but over time I realized something important: we spend months preparing for birth, yet many families are left to navigate the postpartum season on their own. That's when I discovered my true passion—supporting parents during the fourth trimester.

As your postpartum doula, my goal is to be a steady source of support for you. Whether you need practical newborn care, a chance to rest, help building confidence, someone to listen without judgment, or simply another caring set of hands, I'm here to meet you where you are.

I believe there is no "right" way to parent—only the way that works best for your family. My role is never to judge or tell you what you should do, but to provide evidence-based guidance, encouragement, and compassionate care so you feel empowered to make the decisions that are right for you.

With warmth and the spirit of aloha, I proudly support families throughout Hawaii and it would be an honor to walk alongside you during this special season.

Aloha! I’M mckenna

GET TO KNOW ME

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS

MY family

I’m happiest when I’m with my family. I love the chaos, the laughs, the adventures, and even the really ordinary days at home. We love traveling together, spending time outside, and grabbing coffee at our favorite spots.

reading

There’s nothing quite like losing yourself in a good book. Reading is my source of joy, my form of therapy, and my favorite way to connect with friends. My kindle is without a doubt my most prized possession.

Being outside

If I’m not at home with my family or curled up with a book, there’s a good chance I’m outside. I love staying active and spending time in nature—whether that means hiking a new trail, swimming in the ocean, going for a walk, camping, or simply getting some fresh air.
