ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

It’s truly wonderful that you’re here. I am extremely passionate not only about helping you prepare for your birth, but to empower, encourage, support and advocate for you throughout your pregnancy, labor and birth and this new season of mothering.

My journey into birthwork began long before i gave birth myself. I have always felt drawn to pregnancy and birth. From a very young age I knew that this work is exactly what I wanted to do with my life. And once I started I knew that It is my true calling and I am so honored to be able to support families through this remarkable and transformative time. I hold a deep respect for pregnancy, the laboring & birthing process, and the postpartum period. It is a beautiful, sacred, raw and challenging time of ones life.

I’m originally from Utah and my husband is from Tonga. We met and got married in beautiful Hawaii. We are currently living in Utah and dearly miss the island life, people, and culture of Hawaii.

I had the honor of birthing my baby girl on the most breathtaking little birth hale on the island of Oahu surrounded by love and support May of 2026. My birth team made all the difference and I am so grateful for their guidance and wisdom throughout my whole pregnancy, while I was bringing my baby earthside and throughout postpartum.

My wish is to educate and empower women about their innate ability to birth and guide them to be in tune and understand their bodies and its divine design. To hold space for them, ensuring they are confident to birth however that looks like - In the hospital, at home, wherever you feel safest. I promise to support you with your choices, inform you of ones you may not be aware of, and be there right by your side as you walk through fears and discover a whole new version of yourself.

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS

Traveling

I love going to new places and learning about different customs and cultures. Trying new foods and meeting new people.

One of my favorite places i’ve been is Thailand, where I got to go to an elephant sanctuary. We took a mud bath with the elephants and then played in a nearby waterfall to rinse it all off. Elephants are the sweetest creatures. Very interactive and friendly. Gentle giants.

Did you know that elephants have the longest gestation period of all living mammals?

22 Months! Nearly two YEARS of being pregnant! So. amazing.

SPENDING TIME WITH MY family

Whether it’s exploring hand in hand or simply cuddling up on the couch, I love every moment with my little family.

We love to cook, watch movies together, go shopping, and discover new places together.

My husband makes me laugh like no one else can and is my best friend and partner in crime. We enjoy taking our dog Berry on long walks & hikes.

Being outside

I love exercising and moving my body. Hiking, swimming in the ocean, walks, camping, are just a few of my favs!
