With a background in newborn sleep support, I love supporting families through birth and the transition into life with a new baby.

My approach is calm, compassionate, and judgment-free. I’m here to meet you where you are, offer support and guidance when you need it, and help you feel confident in the choices that work best for your family.

One thing I've learned is that while everyone prepares for the baby, very few people are encouraged to prepare for the transformation happening within themselves. My hope is that you take time to slow down, have meaningful conversations, and feel a little more supported as you enter this next season. You don't have to do it perfectly. And you don't have to do it alone.
