ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I believe birth is one of life’s most sacred transitions—a time to slow down, soften, and remember the deep wisdom that already lives within us. It is an honor to walk alongside families during this season, holding space with compassion, presence, and trust as they welcome new life into the world.
Originally from San Diego, California, I have been blessed to call the island of Oʻahu home for the past three years. This island has transformed me in countless ways, teaching me to move more slowly, listen more deeply, and find beauty in the simple rhythms of nature. I carry immense gratitude for this place and remain committed to learning from and honoring the rich history, culture, and traditions of Hawaiʻi with humility, respect, & aloha.
My path to birth work has been woven together through years of practicing and teaching yoga, studying Ayurveda and holistic nourishment, exploring breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and the healing wisdom of plant medicine. I completed my immersive spiritual seven-month doula training through Sacred Birthing School with Barbara Essman(A famous Birthworker amongst the islands), where I deepened my understanding of physiological birth, alongside the pure essence of spiritual belonging, while cultivating the art of holding space for mothers, and families through one of their most transformative experiences in life. This is procreation. My goal is to give the power to the mother and partner. To connect you back to your own body, your own mana, and your own power.
I believe that every mother deserves to feel safe, deeply supported, and lovingly cared for—not only during birth, but throughout pregnancy and the tender postpartum season. Along with birth and postpartum doula care, I offer prenatal yoga, nourishing Ayurvedic postpartum meal preparation, and gentle support in the home through newborn care, cooking, light tidying, and nurturing the spaces that allow families to simply be together.
When I’m not serving families, you’ll usually find me hiking mountain trails, surfing at sunrise, traveling, reading, writing, painting, or sharing delicious meals with people I love. These moments keep me grounded and remind me that healing often lives in presence, connection, and the beauty of everyday life.
My hope is that every family I work with feels held, empowered, and deeply seen. It is a privilege to witness the unfolding of a miracle, and I would be honored to walk beside you with an open heart, steady hands, and unwavering support.
Blessings

Movement
Movement has become one of the deepest ways I know how to come home to myself. Through teaching yoga, Pilates, breath work, and intuitive movement, I’m constantly learning how much the body holds, speaks, remembers, and teaches us when we slow down enough to listen. I love moving in ways that make me feel strong and grounded, but also soft, open, feminine, and connected. Teaching movement is not just about the physical body for me — it’s about creating a space where we can drop out of the mind for a moment, feel what’s actually here, and reconnect with the body as a place of wisdom. I’m endlessly fascinated by the relationship between movement, emotion, breath, and our inner world. To me, moving the body is a form of prayer, expression, and coming home.
plant medicine
I have always felt a deep pull toward the natural world and the ancient wisdom held within it. There is something about being barefoot in the dirt, surrounded by trees, sitting quietly with a plant, or simply being outside long enough to remember that I am part of something much bigger than myself. I’m deeply curious about plant medicine and the ways humans have been learning from plants for thousands of years — not just for their physical properties, but for the relationship, ceremony, story, and wisdom they can hold. I love being a student of the Earth. I don’t feel like I need to have all the answers; I want to keep listening, learning, observing, and allowing nature to teach me. Being outdoors reminds me to slow down, get quiet, and trust that so much healing happens when we simply return to what is natural.
Wellness
I’m fascinated by the human body and its innate ability to heal, regulate, adapt, and find its way back toward balance. I love exploring the practices that bring us into deeper relationship with ourselves — breathwork, cold plunges, sauna, contrast therapy, nourishing food, rest, ritual, and the quieter practices that help us feel safe inside our own bodies. For me, wellness isn’t about becoming some perfectly optimized version of ourselves. It’s about learning to listen. It’s about noticing when we’re holding too much, when we need to soften, when we need to challenge ourselves, and when we simply need to breathe. I’m drawn to the spaces where science, ancient wisdom, nature, and spirituality meet. Healing feels less like fixing ourselves and more like remembering what has been within us all along.
