ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

I believe birth is one of life’s most sacred transitions—a time to slow down, soften, and remember the deep wisdom that already lives within us. It is an honor to walk alongside families during this season, holding space with compassion, presence, and trust as they welcome new life into the world.

Originally from San Diego, California, I have been blessed to call the island of Oʻahu home for the past three years. This island has transformed me in countless ways, teaching me to move more slowly, listen more deeply, and find beauty in the simple rhythms of nature. I carry immense gratitude for this place and remain committed to learning from and honoring the rich history, culture, and traditions of Hawaiʻi with humility, respect, & aloha.

My path to birth work has been woven together through years of practicing and teaching yoga, studying Ayurveda and holistic nourishment, exploring breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and the healing wisdom of plant medicine. I completed my immersive spiritual seven-month doula training through Sacred Birthing School with Barbara Essman(A famous Birthworker amongst the islands), where I deepened my understanding of physiological birth, alongside the pure essence of spiritual belonging, while cultivating the art of holding space for mothers, and families through one of their most transformative experiences in life. This is procreation. My goal is to give the power to the mother and partner. To connect you back to your own body, your own mana, and your own power.

I believe that every mother deserves to feel safe, deeply supported, and lovingly cared for—not only during birth, but throughout pregnancy and the tender postpartum season. Along with birth and postpartum doula care, I offer prenatal yoga, nourishing Ayurvedic postpartum meal preparation, and gentle support in the home through newborn care, cooking, light tidying, and nurturing the spaces that allow families to simply be together.

When I’m not serving families, you’ll usually find me hiking mountain trails, surfing at sunrise, traveling, reading, writing, painting, or sharing delicious meals with people I love. These moments keep me grounded and remind me that healing often lives in presence, connection, and the beauty of everyday life.

My hope is that every family I work with feels held, empowered, and deeply seen. It is a privilege to witness the unfolding of a miracle, and I would be honored to walk beside you with an open heart, steady hands, and unwavering support.

Blessings
